This authority is to remain in full force and effect until TMMC has received written notification from the Customer of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford TMMC a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Please note that there may be changes to the assessment amounts and/or due dates in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and applicable statutes. According to the Association's governing documents, bank fees related to returned ACH payments will be posted to the Customer's HOA account. TMMC Property Management reserves the right to make changes in the agreement at any time. We may cancel Preauthorized Electronic Assessment Payments at any time without cause, and the homeowner can terminate this agreement at any time by giving sufficient written notice. If the payment is rejected due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), I understand that TMMC Property Management may attempt to process the transaction again within 30 days, and I agree to an additional $20.00 charge for each attempt that is returned due to NSF, which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized payment. *

or mail both to TMMC Property Management, PO Box 1540, Castle Rock, CO 80104. Your payments will be initiated on the 10th of the month the assessments are due. They will be debited from your account between the 10th and 15th of the month. To ensure processing on the effective month entered, please make sure your form is submitted by the business day before the 10th.
